Image processing takes up to 2 weeks for standard sessions.
How will I receive my images?
Images are shared with you via an online gallery.
How long will the images be available on the online gallery?
You’ll have 3 months access to images online, thereafter they are archived. A R500 retrieval fee will be applicable if images need to be recovered.

When do I make a payment?
A 50% deposit is required to secure your date, and the remaining balance is due on the day of the shoot.
How long is a session?
I do not put a strict time limit on my sessions as many sessions include small children, however most sessions take about 45 minutes to an hour. 60–90 minutes for newborn studio work and up to 2 hours for lifestyle sessions.
Where are you based, and do you travel?
The studio is based in Alberton, Johannesburg, however I do travel sessions too.
What is the studio like?
The studio is well equipped with props and lighting to create magical images.
What is a Studio Newborn session?
A newborn session captures the purity of a newborn baby and is ideally done within the first two weeks of life, when baby is most sleepy and still curled up from being inside the womb.
- Family members are included in this session.
- Neutral colours such as white, black, or soft pastels photograph best.
- Baby is photographed in their most natural state.
- All props and outfits are provided.
- Wraps are used if baby does not settle.
- Baby safety always comes first.
What is a Lifestyle Newborn session?
This session takes place in the comfort of your own home and focuses on capturing the first few days with baby, bonding naturally with the family.
When is the ideal time for a Maternity session, and what’s included?
The ideal time for a maternity session is between 28 and 34 weeks. Sessions include dress hire and up to four family members.
What are Family Sessions?
Two packages are available, either near the studio or at your chosen location within 20km of Alberton.
What is included in a Cake Smash session?
Cake smash sessions take place in studio and include a mini family shoot, portraits, cake smash, and bubble bath clean-up.
What editing is included, and do you offer retouching?
All images receive basic editing. Advanced retouching is available at R50 per image.
Do you offer Digital Art?
Digital art is available as an optional extra and should be discussed beforehand.
